Group 7

For our two convincing claims we picked the following:
1. "Just as there's a tendency to glorify technological progress, there's a counter tendency to expect the worst of every new tool or machine."
2. "It's in their economic interest to drive us to distraction."
We selected the first one because it is a statement that almost anyone will find true due to the fact not everyone can like something. Its convincing because it holds truth. The second one was selected because it strikes controversy.

The two interesting/strange claims we picked were:
1. "In Google's world, the world when we go online, there's a little place for the fuzziness of contemplation."
2. "The human brain is just an outdated computer that needs a faster processor and bigger hard drive."
We pretty much picked these because we thought that they funny at the time so they became interesting and stuck in you brain.
