"A Vision of Students Today" summary

The video “A Vision of Students Today” introduces a new way of looking through the student minds in our generation. It was very interesting how the video was all just music and the students stated facts about themselves and the world by writing the information on a piece of paper. Students felt as if they were in class but not being noticed. In fact, once student explained how only 18% of the teachers knew her name. Students seem to focus more on other subjects outside of the classroom such as world poverty, the type of jobs they'll get after graduation, who they're talking to on facebook etc. If teachers were to somehow include of the real world situations and technology, students would be more active in class. An education reform is highly necessary
