Silent dialogue

I doubtlessly promote his revolutionary idea because I am convinced that the mindset which drives the educative system nowadays is not oriented to educating students but rather oppress their human potential which is extremely creative. It is industrially oriented, set to brainwash children’s minds so that they become petrified puppets incapable of critical thinking, thereby nothing but consumers to feed the vicious cycle of capitalism.
When Robinson contended that creativity should be as important as literacy, he simply meant that these two subjects are at the same level and must be taught without regard to which is more important than the other as they are both peaceful activities that evolve a high degree of reflection and intelligence. I believe these claims would be provocative only to those who see them as threatening concepts capable of changing the current situation of the educative system. The reason why some would be threatened by these ideas is because they would be fearful to lose their socioeconomic status. I personally see them as bright evolutionary approaches to the way the educative system should be set in order to both advance and honor education, therefore bring justice to the human spirit.
In order for us to value these things similarly, we first need to grasp what it means to be human because being human means being the brain of the planet and so having the privilege to flip consciousness upon itself. This means that to be able to look at dance and neuroscience with the same eye, we need to believe that in such an ever-expanding universe, no such thing is more important than the other and so see them as equal human activities.
